The team is full of smart, kind, and solution-oriented people who are always open to sharing knowledge. The culture is light, human, and communication is clear, even during busy times. There’s also a strong focus on technical growth, with plenty of opportunities to work with APIs, system integrations, and product improvements in the fintech space.

U need to be comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative — which may not suit everyone.

Solid customer references and a product that has integrated well with key platforms to date. There is still a solid market opportunity if leadership can improve execution and retain experienced talent.

Leadership challenges continue to impact execution and morale. Head of sales lacks meaningful experience in the space, and it shows in missed targets, inconsistent strategy, and growing turnover among strong performers leaving for better opportunities. The company struggles with the typical issues seen in founder-led startups. Decision-making is overly centralized, and the CEO would benefit from stepping back and empowering experienced leaders to run their functions effectively. Relationships with integration partners also appear strained, which does little to inspire confidence in the company’s ability to execute and deliver at scale.
