free lunches x 3 days/wk....free snacks (good ones like organic stuff, nuts, dried fruits, beer) mission driven - projects based on human rights, healthcare, medical research...not many agencies focused on making a social impact... made some cool friends

type of agency that hires as they get new projects. beware... zero zero zero transparency from leadership extreme nepotism from leadership - you're either grandfathered in or battling for their attention. i've witnessed managers/employees throwing their own colleagues under the bus...shame. shame. horrible vaca days - only 2 weeks - and they literally count every hour - almost like HR has nothing to do but spy on your hours. which brings me to HR... HR is not really HR - they have to outsource to another agency for help.... run more like a mom and pop shop - but has random strict policies - lack of consistency causes confusion
