I’ve been working at Workflo Solutions as an Internal Account Manager, and it’s genuinely been a great experience. The work culture is positive, and the team I work with are brilliant, everyone is supportive and easy to get along with.
Michael, the Managing Director, is an excellent boss. He’s very understanding and accommodating, and he genuinely cares about his staff. He’s taken the time to help me understand how I can develop my career and offered additional training.
It’s a company that really values effort, as long as you do your job to the best of your ability, you’re trusted and supported and if something isn’t right, Michael is always there to listen and help find a solution.
Overall, Workflo is a great employer that looks after its people and gives you opportunities to learn and progress.
