Amazingly skilled and helpful people. Shifts are set so everyone works in their Country's day time, depending on the timezone. There is room for improving your skills and knowledge with the help of our staff and very detailed internal knowledge base. This in turn, will help you with quick career advancement, hence better pay ;). Insurance available for US staff and you have the opportunity in meeting your colleagues twice a year, once in US and once in EU via scheduled company meetings. You will be backed up no matter what skills you want to learn while working here. Even more, books are being refunded in full price. The starting pay is quite good, depending on where you live. :) ONLY 40hrs per week shifts, with overtime available from time to time with 2 days off per week! The company is very transparent with it's employees. Every department shares it's work and progress for last period and future projects with everyone, no matter what your job is. 21 free payed days per year.
Cons
since you are working remotely, you are tied up to the PC 8 hrs per day, but this isn't really a con; I could not think of another one :P
