Pros
I loved the atmosphere and the work was exciting. There are opportunities to remain involved with the organization after your internship ends (attending events and volunteering). You can communicate with your supervisor about your interests and they will definitely listen and give you relevant work.
Cons
The organization is small so there aren't really employment opportunities that interns can transition into. I also would have liked more interaction with visiting delegates, such as accompanying them to cultural activities and professional meetings.
