Schecule is permanent graveyard shift

Good teams and leads. Your work nature totally depends on your manager. I have seen both good and bad managers here. So, it's a good place to start your medical coding career, but not a great place for career growth.

At times, being forced to work overtime and dumping additional work without the employee's consent is painful.
