Pros

No meaningful positives from the employee experience.

Cons

Work culture and leadership communication are serious concerns here. Expectations are rarely defined clearly, but employees are judged harshly on outcomes regardless. KPIs, measurable targets, task ownership, and escalation paths are not established before performance is evaluated, which creates an environment where failure is engineered rather than prevented. There are real concerns around ethical work expectations and data-handling practices. Instructions are given verbally without documentation, approvals remain vague, and when something goes wrong, responsibility is shifted to the employee. This is a pattern, not an isolated incident. Leadership feedback is harsh and unprofessional. There is no structured coaching, no documented improvement support, and no measurable review criteria. Employees face pressure and blame instead of guidance. Independence is promised but not given. You are expected to own outcomes but are denied the decision-making authority, cross-team support, and approvals needed to actually execute. PIP is used as a tool to manage employees out rather than improve performance. Employees are placed on PIP without documented justification and kept there indefinitely. The company's employer branding followers and reviews does not reflect the actual work environment. Online ratings do not represent real employee experience. Speak to current or former employees before joining.
