      Pros

      - People are very friendly and helpful - Brand new modern office - Due to the project based work you can move to a different project if you want to learn something new - Flexible working

      Cons

      - Very client-focused so staff on a project are expected to do anything to keep the client happy (working overtime, working weekends, cancelling holidays, not correcting the client when they have unreasonable expectations or make wrong accusations). It all depends on your project. If you have a good client, then working for Wunderman can be really enjoyable but a lot of people get burnt out on bad projects - No formal, transparent career progression paths

      Pros

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
