Pros
I had a great experience working at Insidesales.com. The experience provided there over five years was something I would have not been able to gain anywhere else. I was able to wear many hats and learn how to bootstrap while growing a company. I had daily interaction with the President & CEO. I always felt I made a large impact on the direction of the company.
Cons
Because we were bootstrapped, salaries were a bit under market value, although this was fairly offset by the work experience gained and the stock options offered.
