    Great people and lets remember you spend a third of your day at work so may as well enjoy it!

    Communication used to be an issue as we grow but getting better again

    The Board have identified that after a period of growth and acquisition that they had some growing pains. This has led to big investment throughout the business. There is a new HR system and a huge focus around staff development and appraisals. Communication has also improved greatly both top down and between departments.     Cons

    Took a long time to adapt to growth but this has been identified. As we're spread across multiple sites you are often working with other teams remotely, this can be challenging unless you invest a little time working with those teams to help build a working relationship.

    Advice to Management

    I think a major step has been taken in the right direction, don't let the momentum fizzle out. Getting the different sites together periodically would help working relationships between teams and sites. The Sales Kick Off was a great example of this.
