Pros
I have always wanted to work in a company where my efforts are valued, my suggestions are heard and my work is appreciated. Xceltrait is exactly as what I wanted my employer company to be. Imagine the efficiency of your work when you are not pressurized to put endless effort into something where you don't want to rather you are given a free space to apply your ideas with a free state of mind. It has been around 1.5 years working for Xceltrait and I am thrilled to work here. My personal issues like work from home, salaries, holidays adjustment are all taken care of beautfiully.
Cons
1. Sometimes the work and management require you to give extra hours into your work that may upset you if you don't love your work much but that's not really a con for me when my company recognizes my effort and reimburse me for it. 2. This is a small company so it's not for you if you are an MNC loving guy.
