      Pros

      dynamic, lot's of traveling, great colleges, very international. I had a great time at YME, worked there for over 7 years and learned a lot. And... most important.. great products👍🏼

      Cons

      There is a limit when you are ambitious, top level management is Japanese. Think that has changed now but in my days it stopped at division management level

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
