- Some good products which are not managed very well - Fresh tea in every hour of the day - Most employees are young, good environment if you're under 25 or looking for the atmosphere - Work/life balance is OK
Cons
- Company could have had revolutionary products, but due to poor strategy and implementation, the impact is minor - Poor management vision, un-ability to reach targets - Managers who seem to know everything but doesn't. It's usually an effort to explain your side due to language barrier (few Russians can perfectly understand English) - Central management doesn't care about Turkey and company's brand image here - Variable, unclear targets - Poor C-level, many focus on personal career instead of company's interests - Non-existant HR - Forget about career development - Very poor office location (in middle of disastrous traffic) - Several unhappy workers, infectuously unhappy environment - Many disrespectful people, you could hear people playing loud music in the office when you try to focus - Had used to give travelling allowance but not anymore
