Pros
- Friendly environment - Russian lessons during the work time (3 hours a week) - Flexible working hours - Health insurance is not bad - Computers are Macbook Air - Bonus: per 3 or 6 months, up to 2 salaries
Cons
- Poor management - Very poor HR management - Low salary if you are a straight level employee - No perks, only health insurance - Big gap between Director & VP level and normal employee level standards - Working with Russians is a great opportunity but their approach is a way different than Turkish, this sometimes creates bottlenecks.
