Pros

I've been thinking for ten minutes and I honestly can't think of any pros. They pay on time?

Cons

First of all, they don't send a payslip, so you don't know how much you're supposed to get paid or even how they calculate salaries. Needless to say, I got paid less than I expected. Also, they let the parents have some outrageous demands, which makes it difficult to teach in a relaxed atmosphere. They seem to be very controlling. Furthermore, they don't tell you almost anything at all about the company - couldn't even find their website for students. My training was very poor as well. Overall, they seem very shady, almost like a scam.
