Our 35-hour work week is one of the ways we prioritize the work-life balance of our staff. While 5 days per week is required for full-time staff, we are proud to offer flexible part-time positions.       Pros

      I love working at YPTC due to the flexibility and work-life balance. It's a plus that I get to work with other amazing professionals. They have a wonderful referral program and you really can't beat the 35 hour workweek!

      Cons

      Annual increases are on the low end and don't appear to be performance based. But there are plenty of opportunities to earn extra money and work your way up in the organization.
