      Pros

      I’ve worked at Zest Car Rental for quite some time now and there’s a few very one-sided reviews posted on here so I’d like to give another side. Firstly, you are rewarded for hard work. If you put in the effort and be positive about your work, it gets noticed and you get the credit deserved. If you’re negative and want to spread terror, it’s noticed even more. The directors are 100% approachable and if you have any concerns you can certainly voice them and they will be taken on board. They don’t hide away or create unnecessary layers to the business. If you want to talk to them, you’re always welcome. As a whole, the team works very well together to continue building its reputation as an industry leader. Everyone, keep up the good work and don’t let any ‘terrorists’ affect what is a lovely place to work.

      The negative people that were there have now left. So nothing to note.

      Pros

      The company has a really welcoming and friendly team culture, which makes it an enjoyable place to work. I feel listened to and valued by management, with feedback and ideas genuinely taken into consideration. The location is convenient and well-situated, adding to the overall positive working experience. There are also good opportunities for personal and professional growth, making it a great environment to develop skills and progress within the company.

      Staff are split across different buildings, which limits day to day interaction between teams.

      Pros

      Rewarding environment with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement. There is a great team culture with supportive colleagues, Management is approachable and open to new ideas and improvements. The company has grown significantly in recent times but maintained it's core values. Great location in the centre of town (that has free parking).

      None that comes to mind.
