- opportunities to grow within the company and move around the different sites - lots of training options - plenty of running around so it will keep you fit

- Employee Retention and Turnover - Not all colleagues get equally and fairly involved with front line duties - Complex messaging, therefore a great idea that isn't clearly communicated can take longer to bear fruit
