Great Culture and awesome people - Customer Success Manager addapptation Employee Review

The community at Addapptation is highly driven to succeed while also remaining empathic to the needs of employees such as work/life balance and remote working. The makeup of each team - leadership, product, success, sales - is extremely conducive to efficiency and innovation. Pay, bonuses and benefits are amazing. Leadership and managers really act like they care about all the employees.

I don't really consider this a 'con' but for those people who like to clock in and clock out at specific times, putting in a strict 40-hr work week, will find themselves having to put in time occasionally on nights and weekends. Typically only to solve business impacting production bugs or a tight deadline. But honestly, you'll find that at most employers and especially in the start-up space.

I started as an intern after just finishing my first year of college. I was offered this opportunity knowing only HTML and CSS. After my few months here I am proficient in Ruby on Rails, JS and SOQL. I credit my personal growth during my time here to my co-workers who were extremely helpful and never hesitated to answer my questions. This company has a very positive culture and I think is one of the hottest startups in NH. If I did not have to return to school I wouldn't leave.

Had a great time working here. No cons.
