Caring about their people is big lie in Portugal office, as there are no conditions to commute to the office, some teams sitting at the containers that were made as offices because they expand the teams without planning to expand the working spaces. Rising turnover of people, over 36%, and still no effective actions taken except for quick decisions made without any thorough investigating of root causes. 4.
