Good place - Sales Associate arrivia Employee Review

It's great that you can build a career at arrivia. I just passed my 1 year mark and earned my first promotion. I have a great team and appreciate that my hard work was recognized.

Step by step career paths are not available but hard work and results are rewarded which in many ways is better.

Decent paid time off and some good travel benefits.

HR is a disaster at this company, beyond incompetent with basic day-to-day processes and tolerant of C-suite abuses to employees. Most of the Account Management leadership actively engage in dishonest and unethical practices (hiring family members of major suppliers which create huge conflicts of interests, bosses sleeping around with their direct reports and only promoting those employees, violating travel benefits by pulling rank, and the list goes on). Fake and phony company values no one believes in. The CEO is a total bully and plays favorite all the time... you would think that he would have better things to do like ensuring the company grows and does financially well, but no, he has to be involved in all social events even in the intern's videos and then gets upset when the owners from Oaktree Capital give him a mediocre review on his annual evaluation. Complete joke of a company.
