Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. I am glad to hear you’ve had positive experiences with many of your coworkers, and we appreciate you recognizing the people who make Concept3D special. I also hear your concerns around trust, communication, and staying people-focused. We know we have work to do, and we’re committed to listening and improving. Over the past year, we’ve taken steps to strengthen employee feedback and connection through quarterly pulse surveys, our first company-wide summit, and the launch of an emerging leaders program. All suggestions implemented based on employee feedback.
