Pros

The job provided a paycheck and good health insurance.

Cons

1. Having to work with Senior management who should loud and bully to get their way. 2. Working with questionable commercial policies when it came to refunding customer airfares. 3. Training department was useless - you go on a course then learn the job from coworkers. 4. Low pay compared to comparable jobs 5. Toxic management including promotions saved for those in clicks with senior management

Pros

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
