Pros
Staff and colleagues were excellent and they are very capable and experienced people. The Vision of the company is there. Salaries and benefits are moderately to satisfactorily good.
Cons
Lack or organizational structure. A family-owened business with limited agility and knowledge to properly run a business. Managerial positions are micro-managed by the owners and there's no adequate delegation and acccountability attributed to high ranking managers.
