If you value your mental health and wellbeing, avoid this company. Although I read the other reviews, I believed they were changing, nothing changed. Will try to stick to the facts otherwise they will just say bad reviews are from disgruntled employees. - 3 CEOs fired by the founder in 3 years - 90%+ of the team members hired in 2024 left or were let go, and this is after multiple years of hires and fires - People are treated like pawns that can be disposed of with no accountability - Strategy from leadership verbatim: "just copy what other brands are doing" and "don't A/B test, just do what I want" - CCO will be described as a buffer between the team and the CEO but unfortunately he's a weak leader and will throw anyone under the bus to save himself - CEO uses townhalls to humiliate individual team members, calling out who he likes and doesn't, and then shaming team members who dare to ask a question - Zero leadership from Finance is particularly alarming - unfortunately they do nothing more than accounting - Targets and strategy that constantly change and are based on nothing
