      Good company for freshers. Open culture. Lots to learn. On time salary. Good environment and helpful team members. Good company for beginners in software field.

      Cons

      less hike. Every year cost cutting. Laying off employee. Few are there but No comment. overall it is a good company to start your career.

      Pros

      Competition is just as bad. You'll enjoy the job if you like cold calling for a living. They lend you a computer. Benefits are Ok.

      Cons

      Glorified telesales work environment. Products are now commodities. No technology difference from competition. Very Little integration with other hotel systems. Marketing done out of India. - No clue how to generate interest in products. Top management completely out of touch. I would be surprised if the company doesn't get sold...If anybody would want to buy it. Lots of dissatisfied employees waiting to jump given the right opportunity.
