Its a smaller company that excels on providing highly skilled tech resources to companies at competitive costs. Most people I met in the company were either full-time on projects or on contracts. Most were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Employees are usually working onsite at client sites which made it difficult at first to communicate with co-workers but the more company functions I attended it improved. And I got used to using collab sites and video chats for connecting.

Leadership is definitely approachable and they place a great deal of faith and trust in employees. I was working on a small team and the manager made sure he was always available to me and I felt empowered to explore new skills and come up with creative solutions. They offer continuous support and great learning opportunities.

I didn't experience any cons when I was working there.
