Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I joined the company as CEO a few weeks ago and have been listening carefully to understand both our challenges and our strengths. While many team members have had a great experience at Headversity, it's clear that some people have had difficult experiences here, and that feedback matters. I take it seriously.
I also see a team of incredibly talented, mission-driven people who care deeply about the work we do and the impact we make. My focus is on creating a culture where everyone can do their best work and where open, respectful communication is encouraged.

What I'd ask in return is that we keep our dialogue in this forum respectful and focused on solutions. Continuing to post personal attacks doesn't help us get better as a company and serve our mission.
