Pros
Great benefits, coworkers, software, utilities, facilities, technology, and quality of life.
Everyone is nice, maybe not always genuine, but nice.
The company is improving day to day. It was a startup company, but now it is becoming more.
Arizona locations have the best work structure and people. Can't say much for Ohio, but it does seem they are the source of the low ratings on Glassdoor. Don't be dismayed if you are an Arizona resident.
The company has made vast improvements over the years and is definitely worth giving a shot!
The Unlimited PTO is actually a good thing. They don't try to take advantage of you. As long as you don't abuse the system, you can get decent time off work when you need it.
