Pros
Loved the job. Felt rewarding and basically pretty easy. Always received a great bonus and loved that what I was doing helped others.
Cons
Management was horrible. Heard horror stories when I started about how strict and inappropriate they are. Had to wear business clothing even though no client would ever see us and got sent home if the attire wasn't proper. They would send me to the walmart across the street every week for something. They cut your bonus check at every chance they get like arriving one minute late to work. Also, managers/higher-ups are not professional because they have affairs with their employees and HR does nothing about it. Not helpful. If you're a somewhat decent looking female, do not communicate with male managers.
