      The pay is relatively good

      Cons

      There are 2 software engineers who have been working there for 10+ years. Management always sides with them, and discounts any ideas from newer members. The 2 engineers also actively torpedo projects by newer employees, and make them look bad. Management has been very mediocre, busy with other projects, and has not noticed that treatment possibly, but still sides with the senior engineers.

      Schedule flexibility - i.e. work from home when needed Great team dynamic Not a lot of overhead/staffing nonesense

      Benefits are just OK No bonuses for going above and beyond

      wear what you want daily

      Cons

      bad management, talk down to employees, lie about bonuses you are ineligible for, senior employee only received 3% raise still making less than those hired after him, unreasonable goals to meet overnight, constant turnover can't keep any employees
