Pros
Good location--great places for lunch! Free parking. Lots and lots of OT-not an option! Very casual work enviroment-the "Controller" comes to work in workout clothes!
Cons
There is absolutely NO work-life balance. You are expected to put in 50-60 hours with no complaints. They do not train you-you are trained by other employees. Just hope you don't learn any of their mistakes. They love to have staff meetings and promise the staff the world and nothing ever happens. They will call you out in front of everyone at meetings and berate you. Everyone was promised the chance to move up-never happens. Benefit are horrible. They say they include a free membership to MAC but it's not technically free. None of the recruiters in the Baltimore area will deal with them because of their high turn over and horrible treatment of employees.
