* Lots of remote workers, meaning no office atmosphere. Whilst the office / work from home, hybrid option is great on paper, if the office is empty what is the benefit of being in it? - With future plans to grow the team this will be less of an issue. *Older, smaller business type processes, which can stop you being as productive - but this is being worked on, and the business wants to change this
