Bad policies, keeps changing very frequently- There are no specific set of standard policies, policies are made on ad-hoc basis. Whatever benefits management, qualifies to be a policy. Even bad appraisal and retention policies Extremely poor HR Team Very bad exit process- There is no exit process as such but during notice period, HR and Management tend to behave very rudely, forgetting all the contributions made by the employee. No appreciation for the hard work done by employees. Poor retention policies
