      Pros

I came to Inbeta after university as a graduate and have been very lucky to find such an interesting and exciting place to grow my career. Some of the many highlights include: - Friendly and supportive team - since being at inbeta I have worked with some great people who are always on hand to offer support and assistance when required. - Ability to progress at your own speed - the management team will facilitate your progression in line with your ability and efforts. If you are ready to progress then this option will be offered to you. - Exposure to and ability to learn from FTSE100 C-suite professionals - To have been in an environment where this is possible so early on in my career has not only been incredibly interesting but I have received invaluable advice and support that has helped me learn and progress rapidly. - Attractive bonus schemes - Hard work is recognised and this is reflected within the bonus schemes which are very generous. - Teamwork and having a voice - Despite working alongside very experienced and high-level professionals I am often asked for my opinion and included in discussions as an equal. This inclusion has helped develop a strong sense of teamwork within the company. - Working with technology in an innovative way - To achieve the deep insights required by the company to operate effectively, multiple pieces of software and technology are used with others being introduced regularly. - Working for a business seeking to do good - One of the key aims of the business is to revolutionise the way companies hire by removing bias in its many forms (using technology) and introducing equality and fairness into the hiring process. By doing so we can help build better companies led by the right people.

      Cons

I have not particularly experienced any downsides as of yet, however: - There is a lot of laptop work, so if this does not appeal to you then this job might not be right for you. - Every now and again you may be required to work outside of usual working hours to meet deadlines for clients, however, this does not happen often.

        Pros

Great technology (I may be biased as I implemented it!) Genuine people who are passionate to do better Been freelancing for these guys for a couple of months. Not only have I enjoyed the experience, but their knowledge and behaviours are just a cut above anything I have experienced when hunting for work. I hope they become a driving force in recruitment and wish them all the best!

        Cons

Speaking from a technology perspective. More project management and extra hands would have helped when trying to meet timelines.

      Alex L.

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
