Pros

It's a top firm all the way around. The training and opportunities are plentiful. It's a great place to start off and I would say the hours are well structured yet flexible.

Cons

Can be a slightly challenging work environment, but with great compensation.

Advice to Management

Management treats everyone well.

    Based on Results and Effort put forth, Growth and Career Progression is there for the taking
    Engagement with Senior Business Leaders at some of the larger companies globally
    Attended a few events where I was able to meet my clients and foster relationships
    If you want to do SALES...this is as good a training ground as you will find

    Alot of rejection from Senior executives
    Sales Turnover exists so you need to not be easily influenced by others!
    Cold Calling can be mundane to some who don't see the big picture

    Advice to Management

    Screen out Negative Candidates when looking to hire as they can bring the environment and culture down!!
