    Pros

The company is tackling a challenging and unsolved problem in the industry of managing risk so the work is really exciting. Moreover, each employee is empowered to own their work and contribute to big decisions. Ideas are valued over seniority.

    Cons

The structure of the company means that everyone needs to be quite autonomous, so you need to be comfortable with managing your own work and time in this environment.

    Pros

Really great culture, good emphasis on learning and development. Flexible working with many opportunities to make an impact and have your opinion heard, and a nice range of benefits too.

Great people, inspiring vision, and challenging data

    Pros

    - Complex data source to work with, which means there are many many interesting avenues to be explored; - Real impact in the world -- all revenue received by nPlan implies a much larger monetary value at the client. Large infrastructure projects are often paid for by public institutions, which means our taxpayers' money can be spent elsewhere. - The best part is actually the people. Everyone is here for one another, and we have very diverse backgrounds.

    Cons

    - Startups being startups: sometimes it's an emotional rollercoaster
