    I have been working at phs Group full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

    None! The only good point is that due to awful staff & customer retention they have to make radical changes to survive in the medium/long term future

    Cons

    Service Delivery is non existent. Staff are treated appallingly - wages/benefits are poor in comparison to other companies. Customers are ignored and often lied to with a total lack of transparency over contract terms, pricing structure (huge variances across the same product lines) & service delivery (or lack of) Cliquey old boys club approach to management and interdepartmental relations.

    Advice to Management

    You’re clearly in the wrong job if you think things are heading in the right direction. It’s long overdue for you to conduct a review of your senior teams competencies and behaviours, try looking at some anonymous 360 feedback from direct reports, customers and other departments who interact with them.     I have been working at phs Group full-time for more than 9 years

    Pros

    None as they just push and push for more productivity and less respect for the employee

    Cons

    360 routing system is rubbish, new CEO is pushing service drivers too hard to cover too much productivity we are all exhausted and heading towards burnout.

    Advice to Management

    Please "Calmed down on the Productivity levels" we are all struggling as a service driver, your figures may look good for now but drivers are leaving or falling over with exhaustion. Its like being in the Army and this is not the army?? The 360 routing software is rubbish and doesn't plan as well as a human as it has no common sense. If i ignore the 360 routing app and do it manually i can cover the routes without killing...
