I have been working at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)
Pros
This is a large company with many locations and moving pieces. With that comes the good and the bad. The benefits with this company are outstanding (not just medical, but added benefits like lunches, employee activities, etc). The Austin office in particular has been through some MAJOR change over the past 1.5 years transitioning from a call-center to more of a marketing hub. Obviously there is a lot of bad feelings from the departments and people who unfortunately lost their jobs, but the current environment of the office is incredibly upbeat. People communicate well, eat lunch together and overall enjoy each other's company.
The company has a new CEO who I believe will bring some positive and much-needed change to the organization. No company is perfect, but EIG is continually striving to better itself. Not everyone will be happy with changes being made, but change isn't always a bad thing.
As a parent, the work-life balance in the Austin office is greatly appreciated. People understand if you have to stay home with your kid, they're caring and supportive of the role of being a working parent. This is really hard to find at a company and it's greatly appreciated.
Cons
With all of the large changes that have taken place over the past few years with various offices/departments closing and consolidating there are still many people with negative feelings. Hopefully people can either accept change is taking place and try to understand why, or move on and find a place where they will be happy.
Advice to Management
Keep working on transparency. With how often change happens we don't want to catch employees off-guard. I believe this is where many of the negative feelings come from.

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time
Pros
Flexible timing
Flexible work culture
Great management
Friendly environment
Cons
People would take advantage of dress code and slow job growth , night shifts
I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Nice people, salary is good, good cafeteria, nice teamwork, good work environment, the team leads and managers are good.
Cons
The WSS team is always under-staffed. WSS follows a pattern of rotational shifts and week-offs, sometimes week-offs given during public holidays so technically you get only 1 week-off for that week (P.S. say bye-bye to all public holidays). No scope for an IJP.

Pros
Relaxed and fast paced technical support environment with a team of staff happy to help you succedd.
Cons
There are times when teams end up in silos and the flow of information could be improved.
Advice to Management
Listen to the staff as much as you can.

Pros
Everything about this company is a Pro, specifically the snack days.
Cons
Literally nothing, this company is amazing
Pros
Endurance is a result oriented organisation, focused on growth in key regions of the world. Since success begins and ends with the people in the organisation, Endurance makes an effort to encourage high performers, and reward good performance. Good performance itself requires a high recruitment bar, so the company works hard to hire good, passionate people. This makes for a company filled with smart, interesting people to learn from.
Endurance conducts a number of activities to promote innovation and learning. People are invited to talk about subjects they are passionate about to their colleagues, in a series called ExpertSpeak. Periodically, the company holds hackathons. And there a number of other such activities.
In summary, this is a great company to work with. You will have an opportunity to help the business expand, to learn from great colleagues, and grow your career.
Cons
Not a lot of cons that I can report.

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Free food. Utah managers do actually care about their employees.
Cons
No chance to move up, this was literally told to us by HR. Except for development they only hire overseas. Expect to be disrespected by corporate representatives and employees from other locations due to the toxic culture of EIG.
Advice to Management
If you want to turn the sinking ship of EIG around, invest in your US employees and promote some of the very talented people you've chosen to ignore for cheaper foreign alternatives. Company culture is toxic because you've sold out domestic workers left and right. Try upgrading to contemporary hardware.
