      Enfuce has a strong and positive workplace culture. From the start, I felt welcomed by the team, and the collaborative environment makes it easy to connect with colleagues. The leadership genuinely values open communication and fosters a sense of teamwork across the company. There’s also a good balance between work and personal life, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re looking for a supportive and team-oriented culture, along with opportunities to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Changes can sometimes happen suddenly, but that's normal for a scale-up. The company benefits are ok, but they may not be as strong as those offered by competitors.

      Pros

      Great culture of support, collaboration, and desire to achieve success. Experienced huge personal development and growth through working with some of the smartest people in the industry.

      Cons

      Experiences the same challenges as any scale up e.g. rapid change, fast paced, but couldn't choose a better bunch of people to do it with.
