Favoritism with employees, holiday hours suck for certain employees, pay sucks, even Menards Pays more than this place, manager is clueless , assistant Manager works when she wants to and is always leaving her shifts early, training sucks, some employees just do enough to get by and say they are to busy to do their work and some sit on there but on there phone and only help others when there are more than four customers in the line, don't get breaks to get anything to eat even when you ask for one your told you have to wait until the other person is done doing there thing, if you have to go to the bathroom you have to hold it until your ready to burst!!!! You have no rights and your treated like a slave so the COMPANY CAN MAKE THAT MONEY!!!!! Your family life balance is only for the managers and the employees that have been there the longest. looking for another job where I am valued for being a dependable employee at this time.

Does not practice the culture they preach. Senior leadership fails to adequately communicate. Too many executives, too few employees.
