Pros

A company that looks after their employees. Good colleagues. Annual review, pay rises, promotions. Work from home. Came to the office 2 times in 1 year, although it wasn't mandatory. Fully agile environment. Opportunities to learn new stuff.

Cons

Sometimes a little too many meetings.
