They provide plenty of work from home opportunities that are sold to you as a flexible way to work. At least you save on travel. A good option as a part time role or side job.

Cons

Having worked there for about 6 months, i understand now why they encourage staff to complete reviews whilst still on training, which is relatively comfortable. But then reality hits: Although you work from home , your work time is electronically micro managed in a way that working on location would not be. For example you are marked down for taking toilet/ comfort breaks outside of allocated break times. It's also very difficult to get requested days off. As a reservations agent you are started off on little more than minimum wage, but one way your productivity as an employee is measured in pounds per minute. Many clients are also abusive, most times without any consequences. Full time hours are long, monotonous and relentless during peak seasons. Leaving very little mental energy for any kind of work life balance.

Working from home was about the only pro I can think of even though you felt that you were bulied

Cons

Consistantly bullied by Managers and their underlings made to feel like you were nothing and yet if you had years of experience that was not taken into account. They try to get rid of people who speak out and make women feel like they should not be working at all.

Management doesn't seem to do much but grade calls all day When call volume is high you'll feel like a robot

Super conservative. No diversity of thoughts. everyone has exact same background started at a branch washing cars and being a management in trainee and have moved up. almost 99% have the same career path. Cautious organization. you will be frustrated if you are looking for innovative and agile. This org is legacy and cautious. 15 years behind in technology. You cannot breathe without your manager's permission. you cannot even communicate with others, send emails to others without you manager's approval. No other benefit than salary unless you are an AVP or VP or above. they go from absolutely zero bonuses, profit sharing to giving you a car when you get to AVP.

Cons

Furlough went into effect only 10 days after the stay-at-home order. Dip into your savings EHI, to take care of your employees whom you’re always stating you care for. Stingy with holidays.
