    Pros

Unlike most of their competitors, eOne is growing because they cultivate culturally-relevant productions on realistic budgets, and then maximize each project's revenue potential by remaining committed, flexible and tenacious in their exploitation campaigns. They refuse to turn their backs on titles that fail to catch the public's attention upon initial release. They also leverage their competitive advantage by acquiring high-quality, low-priced IP assets that their conglomerate-media competitors lazily abandon.

    Cons

Profit margins in film, TV and music IP are among the lowest across all media sectors, and are likely to remain razor thin for a very long time, which means compensation for production talent on each project will remain very modest.
