I have been working at Entertainment One full-time

    Pros

Incredible support within team members and management, a very progressive and supportive Managing Director who cares about change in the industry as well as each individuals development and a real diverse slate of films to work on - quality of the material is much more deeply felt than at other studios

    Cons

You never want to leave because of the comfort of your environment! Sometimes not as challenged as you need to be, though it’s no bad thing really

I have been working at Entertainment One full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Compared to previous jobs - I have a good work /life balance. I rarely work late. Some friendly people Location - the actual Warren Street offices are a bit grim, but the location means it is central enough to get to the Oxford Street hustle and bustle, without being bang in the middle of it Summer Fridays - Finish early Fridays June-August Content - Great content across TV/Film

    Cons

If you talk to those who work in the family department vs those who work in TV - it is like people are talking about working in two different companies - so your experience here can completely differ depending on which management you fall under. One can be better than the other. Look around the brand spanking new family offices... Holiday Entitlement - Low compared to other companies and you have to keep 3 of those few days to use over Christmas because the office is closed. HR have been 'looking into this' the whole time I have been here Gender Pay Gap Reporting - companies with 250+ staff have to report this. eOne have never divulged this when requested as they have said they do not hit this number. Due to the acquiring of Audio Network the 250+ number must have been exceeded so I am hopeful HR will now be open to looking into and reporting this.

I have been working at Entertainment One full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great company to work for, in my 3 month probation it felt like I was here for 6 months because you get so involved and the people are all friendly and supportive, that time just goes.

    Cons

None to mention as I have not come across any negativity since my employment
