Cons
The new guys that came in to run the company ruined it. No clue about the company, customers or culture. The management team left and the company went under less than a year later
Working arrangements largely virtual, but office space available any time I need it. Management very open and accessible. Employee recognition programs (Birthdays, Anniversaries, business referral incentives) are great.
