      Dysfunctional Culture Built on Pretense and Incompetence. HR is there to protect the company and not to address real employee concerns.

      Amazing people and training. The commission is good and gets better the more you sell. The product is beautiful.

      Cons

      contract process is long, but manageable. A lot of training. This is a pro and a con.
