Generally positive work environment. Excelled at enforcing minimum safety standards. Held most employees accountable for their actions and helped them determine course of action to rectify any mistakes made.
Cons
Picked favourites. Lack of knowledge and quality in product installation. Singled out individuals when dealing with conflict in the workplace. Pompous attitude towards peoples who had more experience then themselves.

Pros
High integrity of management and care about their employees. Hard working, but often pay a bit extra for the additional hours during the busy times.
Cons
High care of management/owners can lead them to focus on people more than business at times. Always a balance to ensure that people are cared for but to ensure that the company can weather any tough times as well.

Management is heading in a good direction. Keep working and growing.
