I spent more than 4 years working at Eptisa, at the international department, as business developer. They choose young and qualified people, having experience abroad, speaking one, two or more foreign languages and they offer you 16,000€. Once they had to renovate my contract, they didn't want to recognize my diplomas because, in that case, they had to pay more! Very poor professional career. They recognized your job, but only with words: no money and no real new challenges. Old management strategies and style. You have to fight every day with bureaucratic and useless rules... You have to work lots of extra hours and, of course, they never pay for it (with money or other rewards). And last but not least... in 4 years, most of my monthly salaries were paid late, sometimes two or three months later than agreed. Indeed, they still owes me my bonus salary, linked to beneficies I provided them, and I'm not the only debt they still have!

utter crap environment with mundane work no career development. no proper hr structure.worst place for a fresher to start. expect juniors to do all sort of donkey work. do not pay salary on time
