      Pros

      Interesting supply chains and honest commitment to company mission. Some very fun and down to Earth people. Lot to learn if you are interested

      Cons

      Exhausting internal politics, not a lot of opportunities to advance.

      Pros

      Fun work environment, good perks, room to run with ideas and projects. Employees not necessarily limited to a set career track. Ownership and the cooperative process.

      Cons

      People are feel empowered by the co-op element, but at the end of the day, dont really have a say in the real direction of the company. Group of long-timers really decides everything. Low, low pay for the region. Not a lot of room to move up.
